Ordu

City of Ordu is situated in Eastern Black Sea Region. Surrounded by Black Sea to the north, Tokat to the south, Giresun to the east, Samsun to the west. It is located on 40-41 North Latitudes, 37-38 East Meridians. It has a total surface area of 5961km2, sporadically covered with alluvial plains, consisting of watercourses of all sizes such as Melet, Civil Creek, Akçaova Creek. According 2018 Census, city has an overall population of 715,409.
