Our laboratories is a company leader in the private sector, enhacing its quality and offering services of international standards.

Private Gürsoy Foodstuff Laboratories Food Analysis Laboratory has been autorized in the Food Sector, obtaining permission from the Ministry of Health in 2002 and from the Agriculture and Rural Affairs Foundation. Click here to see our accreditation certificate.

Our laboratory has proven its international service quality by earning the "ISO 17025:2000 Laboratory Accreditation" documentfor the first time in Turkey. Our laboratory participate in 'Comparison Between Laboratory Tests and Proficiency Testing Programs' in national and international level.

ISO, EN, Analysis Methods are used as a priority in our laboratories for applied methods and standards.

 

Laboratory Units

Private Gürsoy Foodstuff Laboratories Sample Admission Unit

Samples that have been submitted by customers in the private Gürsoy Food Laboratory, are checked by the responsible unit.

Sample Pre-processing and Storage

In this unit, each sample coming to the lab for analysis is labeled, and the Analysis Follow-up Form is prepared.

Sample Preparation Unit

The sample that is coded in the sample pre-processing and storage unit is extracted in the sample praparation unit, and is sent to the Analytical Studies Unit.

Secretariat (Reporting) Unit

Sample is reported in this unit and delivered to the costumer.

Ministry Permissions

Our laboratory provides the services as the " authorized laboratory " to the food sector with "Establishment Permit" from the Ministry of Health and with "Laboratory Activity Permit" from the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs.

Proficiency Tests
