Gursoy has two cracking and one processing plant in Ordu. The first shelling plant is located about 6 km away from the town center in Efirli, Ordu. The factory has a 1600m2 closed area with a shelling capacity of 60 tons of inshell (30 tons of kernels) in one shift.

The second cracking plant is located in the industrial zone of Ordu which has a 2000m² closed area with a shelling capacity of 90 tons of inshell (45 tons of kernels) in one shift.

The processing plant is located 6km away from the town center in Efirli Ordu. It has a 6000m² closed area, utilizing the most modern technology and production systems designed to excel in quality management.

The processing factory has two Proctor roasting machines which have a capacity of 2500kg each per hour. To eliminate foreign material and all kinds of defects we use destoners, air seperators, Elbiscan laser scanners, sortex machines, magnets and metal detectors.

Technical equipment in the factory has been specifically designed to meet a wide range of customer specifications. All equipment is in high standard suitable for the intended purpose.

The plant is designed, constructed and maintained in compliance with GMP rules, HACCP conditions and appropriate legislation.

A wide range of packaging is available including vacuum, aluminium, paper bags, big bags and jute bags.
