In 18 January 2009, Sunday,  Vice-chairman of the Board of Directors Nejdet Gürsoy was re-elected as the chairman of the Ordu Commodity Exchange as a result of the parliamentary elections in Ordu Exchange service building.

In 18 January 2009, at Ordu Commodity Exchange(OTB), Nejdet Gursoy was re-elected as the Chairman of the Commodity Exchange of Ordu for the third time with  262 votes from total 406 delegates.

Chairman of the Commodity Exchange of Ordu Nejdet Gürsoy made the following statements: “Our sector is a whole with its manufacturer, greengrocer, merchants, and its exporters."

“As the chairman of the board of the Commodity Exchange, I give thanks to all members. Our sector is a  whole with our manufacturers, greengrocers, merchants, and exporters. Of course, we have some problems in this sector, but we will solve them with our unity and togetherness. Ordu Commodity Exchange(OTB) is a leader, and it will continue to be as one. I give thanks once again to all our members for seeing me as a suited candidate for this mission. We will work harder to solve all our problems and we will always keep our unity and togetherness.”
